Almost - Altogether, But Not Quite Yet

 

For someone to be almost persuaded

It means they're not persuaded yet

We must altogether be persuaded

This short lesson, we must not forget

 

When it comes to serving Christ

It's not about any wealth down here

But it's about a total investment

Of our service, and time in prayer

 

It's more than being just an observer

I need for God to fully change me

It will take a total commitment

So I can be what He wants me to be

 

Christ's Disciples, once were observers

They finally learned that they had to give in

Serving the LORD required everything

For their lives to be free from sin

 

If we're only a Sunday Christian

We're not altogether persuaded yet

Serving the LORD takes total commitment

Remember this, and please don't forget
